MINUTES

1. Present and Apologies

2. Approval of minutes of Committee Meeting of 10 January 2018

Approved and signed

3. Matters arising from Committee Meeting of 22 November(not covered in agenda items)

4. Pirate Panto updates (JD / CG)

* Costumes, scenery, etc -all on track and will be completely ready prior to dress rehearsals and move to hall

* Advertising/Ticket sales- Advertising has been of high standard with banners, posters and postings on FB. Ticket sales good for Saturday but still slow for Thursday and Friday.

* Front of house/Raffle-Core group in place ( Lorna, Jane, Kay and Glenys) led by Lorna. Raffle prizes going well. Lesley has refreshments in hand.

* Programmes- These have been written and ordered at cost of £25. Will stick to A5 brochure format but in colour and will be supplemented by cast and crew photos front of house. Sold at minimal cost.

* Any other panto related items not covered above – 2:00 Sunday will be full technical rehearsal at school for all cast. Rehearsal timetable for rest of week as previously agreed.

5. Finance Report

Currently £4931.50.

Next meeting will consider future spending after costings for pantomime have been

accounted for.

6. Update/decision on Murder Mystery 24 March 2018

Proposal that this should take place in the summer to support the Festival and then

offered to the tennis club in September.
