· Costumes and scenery in hand. Flats have been retrieved from under the hall and in good condition. Frank confirmed that the rails of costumes could be moved out for the duration of the remaining rehearsals and left in the lower part of the hall to aid access for Linda.

· Sue is organising front of house and this is all in hand. Lesley will get ice creams for half time refreshments. Kay is in charge of the raffle, Lesley will ask for ‘regifted’ items for the raffle after Christmas

· Large poster is on Bob’s board and tickets, maximum of 60 per night, will be in the Premier and Koffi Lodge tomorrow. Banners have also been ordered to go in the car park and after Christmas, on the Village Hall railings. We have been asked to promote the Pantomime in Albaston and will also put posters in Calstock, as they are not doing their own pantomime this year. Posters to go in village noticeboards after Christmas.

· The staging will be arriving this Friday and will be stored in the village hall.

5. The quiz was a good evening, many thanks to Critter and Lis for all their hard work. The quiz and Raffle raised a total of £322,70. Suggestion that we do more quizzes during the year.

6. GLAD Christmas tree – a fun evening was had by all decorating it and it was well received and provided a good promotion opportunity at the Christmas Tree Festival.
