• Quiz poster produced. Action: Lesley and Critter to check this is being displayed in Rising Sun

• No other raffle prizes needed

• Action: Phil to purchase chocolates for prizes. Colin to produce voucher for future performance

• Advertise from the beginning of April

• Jackie will resign from committee but continue to be involved in GLAD. All other members happy to stand.

• Minutes from 2019 AGM needed

• Copy of Constitution and Child Protection Policy should be available

• NODA membership, insurance and public liability status

• NODA membership completed at meeting

• NODA zoom meeting shared

• Future dates /plans

• Sue gave update on meeting with Ross and Michelle. Michelle will direct Up The Valley, Ross – Critters Experience, Sue – This Side Up

• Auditions – hoping that will be able to cast one person in each play (no doubling up if possible)

• Dates of performance and auditions set. Action: Lesley to update and resend Dates for your Diary

• Plan to do a Pantomime this winter (Jan 23). Script is available.

• Current Financial Position

• a. Fund raising – need/thoughts?

• Balance:- £3 238.07

• £72 to be paid for NODA membership

• Antony Lightyear has equipment to sell. Need to think about lighting requirements and most efficient way to meet these. Safe storage an issue.

• Actions:- Jean to email Antony re possibility of providing lighting at future performances
