6. Future projects
a. Passport to Gunnislake – date/venue
Agreed that this would remain planned for April in Village Hall
b. Autumn productions
Each play approx 20 minutes so would be done as one performance with two 15 minute intervals
Suggested dates of Oct 24th -27th.
Minimum cast of 8 men and 7 women
Audition date of Monday 3 September to be advertised as posters (Colin) and FB / Website (Frank)

Costume storage. Drawer units and all costumes have been moved into the undercroft. Still need to confirm date to have 'sort' and create inventory.
