Approval of minutes of Committee Meeting of 09 October 2018

Matters arising from Committee Meeting of 09 October (not covered in agenda items)
No matters arising
Youth Group - update
* Average attendance of 4 pupils
* Those attending very enthusiastic and good feedback from them
*Reduced time of an hour works well
* Will review after the November sessions re future viability
Agenda item for December committee meeting.
Costumes – update
*These have been successfully moved to village hall storage . Thanks to all those who gave up their time to do this.
*Lynda to arrange dates (probably after Christmas ) to sort and catalogue
Action:Lesley to liaise with Lynda about starting sorting after Christmas
Discuss Child Protection Policy
* This had been sent to committee members prior to the meeting and comments and updates were recorded.
Action: Lesley to 'tidy up' the policy ready for next meeting
Action: Carol to try to source suitable photo consent form (NODA?)

*Current balance remains at £3907.89
Future projects
Poppy Commemoration –
* In hand. Carol and Jean thanked members of GLAD for
supporting this community event.
Xmas Tree festival (St Anne’s) –
*30th November crafting evening at Lesley's!
Passport to Gunnislake
*Production dates w/beginning April 22nd to include 3 performances
* Audition date January 9th / Village Hall/ 7:30
Action: Sue to liaise with Colin re poster advertising audition date
Xmas party details
*Friday 7th December / Bucc / 7:30
Action: Carol to put on FB. Jean to contact Clive and Dave.
