Approval of minutes of Committee Meeting Aug 2019
Minutes approved, signed and ready for publication.
Matters arising from Committee Meeting of 23 January (not covered in agenda items)

Cowboy Panto
Auditions completed. Roles agreed and accepted.
Rehearsal schedule to end of November ready to be sent to cast.
Children will do Tuesday 15 @ 7pm / Church Hall
Read through for whole cast Tuesday 8 / below village hall.
Up to Christmas rehearsals will be Tuesdays in church hall and Thursdays below village hall.
Antony has dates for production and has confirmed the stage and rigging will be available.
Production meeting – Bank House / 10:30 / 7 Oct
Grant application and Fundraising
Should hear by end of October if grant application has been successful
Wed 20 Nov agreed as fundraiser quiz in Bucc
Critter will run quiz
Lesley will arrange raffle of Christmas themed hamper
Financial update
£3464.79 current balance
£40 of membership fees collected at audition
Child Protection Matters
Chaperone forms have been given to Sam and Chris
Child protection forms will be available to be filled in on Tuesday
9. AOB
Christmas tree will be a cactus. Put up in Harrowbarrow Thursday 5 December.
Decoration evening Friday 22 Nov / 7:30 / Rock Villa.
